Returns & refund policy

You can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us before returning an item so we can advise on the process.

Made to order

Items made to your specification, such as a custom colour, design or size, are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once production has started. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

Contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the issue and we will advise on a repair, replacement or refund.

Party hire

Hire bookings are not paid for on this website. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed in your booking confirmation.
