The inflatable nightclub party checklist
Use this checklist to plan a night nobody forgets. Tick the items off in order and the day itself will run smoothly.
As soon as you have a date
- Send a hire enquiry with your date, postcode and guest numbers. Dates can fill up, so ask early.
- Choose a package. Compare the four packages or use the fit-finder on the home page.
- Decide on extras: a smoke machine, UV light, drinks table, red carpet with stanchions or Rola Trac flooring.
A few weeks before
- Measure your space: at least 8 m x 7 m of flat ground and 5.5 m of height clearance. Read the space guide.
- Find your power source and plan the cable route so leads are not a trip hazard.
- Tell your neighbours the date and finish time. A friendly heads-up goes a long way.
- Plan your playlist. The speakers connect to your phone over Bluetooth.
The day before
- Clear the ground of stones, sharp objects and anything that could damage the tent.
- Agree the delivery and set up time. Set up takes about 2 hours and packing away about 1 hour.
- Charge your phone and download your music in case of poor signal.
On the night
- Keep food, drink and pets away from the tent to avoid the £50 cleaning fee.
- Keep an adult near the entrance and never leave the tent unattended with the blower running.
- Keep guests off the anchoring ropes and stakes.
The morning after
- Clear any rubbish from the tent and the ground around it ready for collection.
- Leave the equipment where we agreed so packing away takes about an hour.
